Mosaic is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Representative to lead biologics sales initiatives across the North United States region. This position plays a critical role in expanding the company's presence in the pharmaceutical and life sciences markets through strategic account management and relationship building with key decision-makers.
The Strategic Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory. This includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the biologics sector. The role requires regular travel throughout the North United States region to meet with prospects and customers, present product solutions, and negotiate contracts that align with both client needs and company objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing a pipeline of opportunities from initial contact through contract closure, collaborating with internal teams including marketing and technical support to deliver customized solutions, and providing market intelligence to inform product development and positioning strategies.
