Full Description
C Berman & Associates is seeking a dedicated Outside Sales F&I Product Provider to join our team in Franklin, Nebraska. This role focuses on promoting and selling finance and insurance products to clients throughout the region, building lasting relationships and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by meeting with potential clients in their locations, presenting tailored F&I product solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed performance targets. You will manage a designated sales territory, maintain detailed records of client interactions, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires regular travel within the Franklin area and surrounding communities to develop a strong pipeline of prospects and maintain existing accounts.
Successful candidates will possess a strong background in sales, preferably within the finance or insurance sectors, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for traveling to client sites. Previous experience with F&I products, customer relationship management, and meeting sales quotas is highly desirable.
