Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building codes in Illinois. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally. Skills: Exceptional mathematical and analytical abilities for accurate quantity takeoffs and cost projections. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build client relationships and close deals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
