Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Amcor's diverse portfolio of rigid and flexible packaging products. Lead cross-functional teams in creating compelling campaigns across digital, print, and event channels to boost brand awareness and generate leads. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum ROI. Collaborate with sales, product development, and R&D teams to launch new products and highlight sustainability features. Oversee content creation, including website updates, social media, email marketing, and trade show participation. Track KPIs such as lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and brand engagement metrics, reporting results to senior leadership. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries. Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results. Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking and project management abilities, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and lead teams. Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms. Creative problem-solver with a passion for sustainability and innovation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
