Join USG Corporation as an Inside Sales Representative - Pro Dealer and play a vital role in supporting our professional dealer network across key markets. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with pro dealer accounts while driving consistent revenue growth through consultative selling and exceptional customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers, understanding their business needs and recommending the right USG products and solutions to help them succeed. In this role, you will proactively reach out to existing and prospective pro dealer customers through phone, email, and digital channels to identify opportunities, negotiate pricing, and close sales. You will analyze account performance data, track sales metrics, and develop targeted strategies to increase market penetration and wallet share. Collaboration with field sales teams, marketing, supply chain, and product management is essential to ensure alignment on promotions, inventory availability, and customer-specific programs. Success in this position requires strong product knowledge of USG's portfolio including drywall, ceilings, and building envelope solutions. You will stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and construction market dynamics to provide informed recommendations to customers. Daily responsibilities include managing a high volume of outbound calls, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner.
