Document interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain detailed records and support continuous service improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and clinical staff, to escalate complex issues and relay customer feedback for platform enhancements. Uphold compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards while delivering personalized health advice and resources. Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium features, contributing to customer retention and revenue growth. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, healthcare, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare, tech, or call center environments.
