Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a dedicated Route Sales Professional to join our team in Hays, Kansas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to represent one of America's leading bakery companies while developing a rewarding career in sales and customer service.
In this role, you will manage an assigned sales route, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of fresh bakery products to retail customers. You will build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, negotiate product placement and promotions, and consistently meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading products, maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service to maximize account growth and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with previous sales, route sales, or customer service experience. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, and candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Physical stamina is essential, as this role involves lifting, bending, and being on your feet for extended periods.
