VortexWorks is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional assistance across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences while working independently from their home office in Florida.
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at VortexWorks, your key responsibilities will include answering incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, processing orders and returns, maintaining accurate customer records, and escalating complex concerns to appropriate team members when necessary.
