Job Overview
We are actively seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales specializing in Distilling Solutions to lead our commercial strategy and expand market presence throughout Illinois and surrounding regions. This senior leadership role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and positioning our company as the preferred provider of innovative distilling equipment and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market expansion goals. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team while establishing strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, distributors, and end-users in the distilling sector. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive positioning strategies. Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation through contract negotiation and deal closure. Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs and market demands. Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of company objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required with a minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and leading successful sales teams in B2B environments. Deep understanding of distilling processes, equipment, and industry regulations is essential. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts.
