Provide support in the Beauty Services area by scheduling appointments, preparing stations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary. Promote Ulta Beauty's loyalty programs, promotions, and events to boost sales and customer engagement. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory. Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Reliable transportation to the Nevada store location. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Familiarity with beauty products and trends is a plus; passion for cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and fragrances encouraged.
