Cambium Learning Group, a leader in K-12 educational technology solutions, is seeking a talented Demand Generation Specialist focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to engage key accounts, generate qualified leads, and accelerate revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement account-based marketing campaigns tailored to high-value prospects, utilizing personalized content, email sequences, and multi-channel outreach. Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify target accounts, create buyer personas, and align marketing efforts with sales pipelines. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot to optimize ROI, track key metrics such as MQLs and SQLs, and refine strategies based on data. Develop compelling assets including case studies, webinars, and custom landing pages to nurture leads through the funnel. Conduct ABM research, including intent data analysis and technographic profiling, to prioritize accounts and personalize engagements. Manage demand generation programs, including paid media, retargeting, and events, while ensuring compliance with edtech industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, ABM, or B2B marketing, preferably in edtech or SaaS. Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through targeted campaigns. Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools.
Skills
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to craft persuasive narratives. Deep knowledge of ABM frameworks, intent data tools like 6sense or Bombora, and lead scoring methodologies. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic tools. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns. Creative problem-solver with a passion for education technology and customer-centric marketing. Familiarity with edtech trends, compliance (e.g., FERPA, COPPA), and agile methodologies.
