Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable cloud architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Develop and deploy microservices, serverless functions, and containerized applications with tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, DevOps, and product managers to integrate cloud solutions into our digital health ecosystem. Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency, implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST through secure coding practices and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, performing root cause analysis to enhance system reliability. Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and stay ahead of emerging cloud technologies to innovate our platform. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cloud development, with proven expertise in at least one major cloud provider. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git. Skills Proficiency in cloud-native services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPCs. Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS) and automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Knowledge of security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and secrets management. Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on performance tuning and scalability. Strong communication skills for collaborating in a remote team setting.
