This position plays a critical role in supporting customers by handling inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and order status. Process and track customer orders from placement through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues by coordinating with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and production. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements that enhance service quality. Support new product launches by learning product specifications and assisting customers with related questions. Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on industry trends, product updates, and customer service best practices. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred. A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or corporate environment is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or order management systems is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset are vital. Candidates should demonstrate active listening, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure. Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for managing multiple accounts and ensuring data accuracy. Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are considered an asset but not mandatory.
