Key Responsibilities As Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals within the assigned Kansas territory. Expect 70-80% travel within Kansas, including overnight stays, to ensure high-touch customer engagement and rapid response to needs. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field is required, along with at least 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or surgical equipment. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively. Prior exposure to ophthalmology or microsurgery markets is highly preferred.
