Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end growth marketing function, owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across paid, organic, and partnership channels. Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, while scaling viral loops and referral programs to boost retention and lifetime value. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities, conduct A/B testing, and leverage data analytics to inform decisions. Oversee a team of growth marketers, analysts, and specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation and results-oriented innovation. Monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn, continuously refining strategies to exceed growth targets. Stay ahead of industry trends in martech, AI-driven personalization, and emerging channels to maintain a competitive edge. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth SaaS or tech company. Proven track record of scaling user bases from millions in revenue, with hands-on experience in performance marketing and funnel optimization. Skills: Mastery of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and SQL for deep data insights. Expertise in digital advertising platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and automation tools. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in experimentation frameworks, growth hacking techniques, and product-led growth strategies. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a bias for action in fast-paced environments.
