Current knowledge of FMCSA regulations, including hours-of-service, is required, along with the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions. Skills Strong skills in defensive driving, time management, and route optimization are crucial. Proficiency with ELD systems, GPS navigation, and basic mechanical troubleshooting is expected. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, help in coordinating with team members and clients.
