Victra is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in McCook, Nebraska. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them discover the latest wireless technology solutions that meet their communication needs. You will play a vital role in achieving store sales targets while building lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and expert product knowledge.
As a Sales Consultant, your key responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying customer needs through active listening, and recommending appropriate wireless plans, devices, and accessories. You will process sales transactions accurately, manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
