Job Description
GE HealthCare seeks a Product Sales Specialist for Women's Health Ultrasound across Iowa and Nebraska to drive sales growth and deliver clinical solutions to healthcare providers.
Full Description
GE HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Product Sales Specialist to represent its Women's Health Ultrasound portfolio throughout Iowa and Nebraska. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare facilities, building trusted relationships with sonographers, physicians, and administrators while demonstrating how GE's advanced ultrasound technologies can improve diagnostic confidence and patient outcomes. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through product demonstrations, proposals, and contract negotiations, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets. The position requires regular travel across the assigned territory to conduct equipment evaluations, provide clinical education, and support installation and training activities at customer sites. Collaboration with clinical applications specialists, service engineers, and regional marketing teams is essential to deliver comprehensive solutions that address each facility's unique workflow and patient care needs.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing territory business plans, maintaining accurate CRM records, participating in trade shows and educational events, and staying current with evolving women's health imaging trends and competitive technologies. The specialist will also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Success in this position demands strong clinical understanding of obstetrics and gynecology ultrasound applications combined with proven consultative selling skills.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a clinical or business field, along with a minimum of three years of medical device or capital equipment sales experience. Prior ultrasound or women's health product knowledge is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities are required, as is the willingness to travel extensively within Iowa and Nebraska. GE HealthCare offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, uncapped commission, comprehensive health benefits, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and ongoing professional development programs. Employees also benefit from career advancement opportunities within a global leader in healthcare technology, exposure to cutting-edge medical innovations, and the satisfaction of contributing to improved women's health outcomes across the region.
