Matrix Medical Network is actively recruiting a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team serving communities in Hinton, Iowa. This full-time position offers healthcare professionals the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing in-home and facility-based medical assessments that help improve patient outcomes and support better health management across diverse populations. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will conduct comprehensive health evaluations, perform physical examinations, and review medical histories to identify health risks and chronic conditions. Proficiency in electronic health records and the ability to work independently in various clinical environments are essential.
