Candidates should demonstrate solid understanding of software development lifecycle, version control systems like Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also critical. Key technical skills include full stack development, API design and integration, responsive web design, and application performance optimization. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
