Candidates must hold an active Illinois Registered Nurse license, possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent, and have at least one year of telemetry or acute care nursing experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with telemetry certification preferred. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
