As a key point of contact for clients, you will handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout each interaction. Key Responsibilities include answering customer calls promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account status, and providing accurate information or directing customers to appropriate resources. You will troubleshoot basic technical issues, process requests such as order changes or account updates, document all interactions in the company database, and escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary. Maintaining performance metrics such as average handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores is essential to success in this role. Required Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred, and strong verbal communication skills with a clear, professional telephone manner. Candidates should demonstrate basic computer proficiency, including navigating multiple software applications simultaneously, and possess the ability to type at least 30 words per minute. Fluency in English is required, and bilingual skills are considered an asset.
