Job Overview Tractor Supply Company is seeking a dedicated Merchandising Sales Associate to join our team in Grand Island, Nebraska. This part-time position plays a vital role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for customers while supporting the store's merchandising and sales objectives. The Merchandising Sales Associate will interact directly with customers, maintain product displays, and contribute to a welcoming and organized retail environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to help them find the products they need. Maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays throughout the store, ensuring products are properly stocked, priced, and presented. Assist with inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts. Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system while following all cash handling procedures. Support store cleanliness and organization by keeping aisles clear and maintaining a safe shopping environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and complete daily operational tasks efficiently. Required Qualifications Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays is essential for this role. Skills Successful candidates will exhibit excellent customer service abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
