Titan Machinery, a leading dealer of agricultural and construction equipment, is seeking a dynamic Parts Sales Representative to join our Lexington, NE location. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customers by providing parts solutions for tractors, combines, excavators, and other heavy machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
You will proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to identify their parts needs and recommend the best solutions from our extensive inventory. Responsibilities include processing orders accurately, managing inventory lookups using our advanced parts systems, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with farmers, contractors, and fleet managers. Additionally, you will collaborate with service technicians to expedite parts delivery, handle warranty claims, and upsell complementary products to maximize profitability. Expect to maintain precise records in our CRM system, analyze sales data for trends, and participate in promotional events to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least 2 years of experience in parts sales, automotive, or heavy equipment industries preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check are essential. Familiarity with agricultural or construction equipment brands like CNH, Case IH, or New Holland is a plus.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for customer interactions, paired with solid computer proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
