Full Description
Triad Products is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alda, Nebraska. This full-time position combines sales expertise with exceptional customer service to support our growing business operations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and building lasting relationships that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business and maintain existing accounts, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently through our internal systems, responding to product inquiries and providing detailed information about our offerings, resolving customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner, maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM database, collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue, preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics on a regular basis, and staying current on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers.
Required Qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in sales or customer service preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate proficiency with computer systems and CRM software, and have the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences are essential.
Essential Skills for success include excellent verbal and written communication abilities, strong organizational and time management capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management, sales negotiation and closing techniques, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Experience with order processing systems and basic understanding of manufacturing or distribution operations is advantageous.
