In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our software products by developing robust test frameworks and automating testing processes. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and QA specialists to identify defects early and ensure that all releases meet the highest standards of performance and usability. As a Software Developer in Test, your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks for web, mobile, and backend applications. You will analyze software requirements and create comprehensive test plans that cover functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. Working within agile development environments, you will participate in sprint planning and provide quality assurance insights that help shape product direction. You will also troubleshoot issues, document defects, and work with development teams to resolve bugs efficiently while continuously improving testing methodologies and tools. To succeed in this position, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience in software testing and automation. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential, as is hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cypress. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly desirable.
