Job Overview
M-Files, a leader in intelligent information management solutions, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager with expertise in Microsoft ecosystems to join our dynamic marketing team. This full-time remote position, aligned with EST hours and based in the United States, offers the opportunity to shape product positioning, launch innovative solutions, and drive revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives. As a key player in our go-to-market efforts, you will collaborate closely with product, sales, and executive teams to amplify M-Files' presence in the enterprise content management space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for M-Files products integrated with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365. Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials such as battle cards, whitepapers, and demo scripts tailored to enterprise audiences. Lead product launch campaigns, including webinars, demand generation programs, and analyst relations to generate pipeline and build market awareness. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing tactics. Partner with sales teams to support customer engagements, RFPs, and deal progression, while tracking campaign performance using KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, and ROI. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, customer success, and global marketing to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and alignment with company objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 4 years focused on Microsoft partner ecosystems or similar tech stacks. Proven track record of launching products that achieve significant market adoption and revenue impact. Strong understanding of B2B marketing in the information management, compliance, or document management sectors.
Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into persuasive narratives. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies and partner programs. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, including A/B testing and data-driven optimization. Excellent project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset and passion for innovation.
