Key Responsibilities You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals, providing accurate information about products, orders, and shipping. Resolve complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex matters to appropriate teams while maintaining a positive customer experience. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, collaborating with sales, production, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system, track interactions, and generate reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Actively promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs, contributing to revenue growth. Participate in team meetings to share feedback and stay updated on product developments and company policies. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or technical products. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce or similar. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
