Required Qualifications Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience in outbound customer service or telemarketing roles, with proven success in high-volume calling environments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in PST scheduling is essential, along with strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms is necessary, and you must be able to pass a background check and any required drug screening. Skills The ideal candidate excels in active listening, persuasive communication, and problem-solving under pressure. Technical skills include data entry speed (40+ WPM), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and adaptability to telephony software. Soft skills such as resilience, time management, empathy, and a results-oriented mindset are crucial. Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a plus for diverse client interactions.
