Westernacher Consulting is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales for the Midwest Region to spearhead SAP solutions sales initiatives across Kansas and surrounding states. This leadership role focuses on expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets within the enterprise software sector. The position requires a seasoned sales professional with deep expertise in SAP technologies and a proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Midwest market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients, and leading a regional sales team to exceed quarterly and annual targets. The Director will cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers, conduct compelling product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with technical consultants to ensure successful solution implementations. Additional duties involve market analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, pipeline management, and representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field, with a minimum of eight years of progressive sales experience in enterprise software or consulting services. Candidates must demonstrate at least five years of direct experience selling SAP solutions, with a verifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong knowledge of SAP modules including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba is essential, along with experience navigating complex procurement processes in large organizations.
