Thruline Marketing is seeking a dedicated CDL A Truck Driver to support our marketing and advertising operations from our Grand Island, Nebraska location. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of promotional materials, signage, and advertising products to clients across the region. The driver will operate commercial vehicles safely while maintaining excellent customer service standards and adhering to all transportation regulations. Key Responsibilities include operating Class A commercial vehicles to transport marketing materials, advertising displays, and promotional products to various client locations throughout Nebraska and surrounding states. Drivers must conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation, and ensure all cargo is properly secured during transit. Additional duties involve communicating effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues promptly, and complying with all DOT hours-of-service regulations and safety protocols. Required Qualifications include a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record, minimum of two years of verifiable CDL driving experience, and the ability to pass DOT drug screening and background checks. Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations and possess excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines consistently. Skills essential for success in this role include safe vehicle operation, route planning and navigation, attention to detail for cargo handling, strong communication abilities, and physical stamina for loading and unloading materials. Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle troubleshooting is beneficial.
