Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Troubleshoot issues, process orders, and provide accurate information to ensure positive customer experiences. Document all interactions in our CRM system, escalate complex cases to appropriate teams, and meet or exceed performance metrics such as response times and resolution rates. Actively listen to customer needs, upsell products or services when appropriate, and maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor in all communications. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality and adapt to evolving client requirements. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment. Must be a current Michigan resident with legal authorization to work in the US. Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously. Availability for full-time hours, typically 40 hours per week, with possible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly tone. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Empathy and patience in handling diverse customer situations. Tech-savviness, including familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and typing speed of at least 35 WPM. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure. Basic knowledge of customer service best practices and a passion for helping others.
