Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, from ideation to measurement, ensuring alignment with broader marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Scout, vet, and build relationships with influencers in niches like home improvement, DIY, design, and lifestyle, negotiating contracts and managing talent from micro to macro levels. Oversee campaign execution, including content creation, approvals, gifting logistics, and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, social listening platforms, and ROI metrics. Analyze campaign data to optimize future strategies, providing actionable insights and reports to leadership. Collaborate with creative, PR, social media, and e-commerce teams to integrate influencer content seamlessly into omnichannel efforts. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithms, and compliance standards such as FTC disclosure rules to mitigate risks and maximize reach.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or talent management, preferably in retail, CPG, or e-commerce. Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $500K and delivering campaigns with clear ROI. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and influencer ecosystems.
Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build authentic influencer relationships. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Traackr, Aspire, Google Analytics) and content management systems. Creative storytelling and content strategy expertise tailored to visual, home-centric brands. Project management prowess with tools like Asana or Trello to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with strong Excel and visualization skills. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and passion for home improvement trends.
