Turn5 is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Aftermarket Auto Parts team. In this fully remote position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with automotive parts, orders, and product information. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service experiences while helping customers navigate our extensive catalog of aftermarket components and accessories. You will handle inbound communications through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat platforms while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities include responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, compatibility, and shipping details. You will process orders, handle returns and exchanges, and troubleshoot issues related to damaged or incorrect shipments. The position requires maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Representatives will collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and escalate matters when necessary. Daily tasks also involve staying current on product knowledge, participating in training sessions, and contributing to team performance goals.
