Circle K is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will serve as the face of our store, providing friendly and efficient service to every customer who walks through the door. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience while shopping at Circle K. Key Responsibilities include greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner, processing sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, and handling cash, credit, and debit payments responsibly. You will restock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep products organized and available, while maintaining the cleanliness of the store, restrooms, and exterior areas. Additional duties involve preparing food and beverage items according to company standards, monitoring inventory levels, and reporting low stock to management. You will also address customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. Required Qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous retail or customer service experience preferred, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic math and computer skills. Strong communication abilities and a positive attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced retail environment. Skills required for this role include excellent customer service, cash handling accuracy, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
