Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for sales and customer success platforms, from ideation and roadmapping to launch and iteration. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, customer success, and data analytics to define product requirements, prioritize features, and measure success through KPIs like user engagement, adoption rates, and revenue impact. Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation. Oversee the development of scalable, intuitive tools such as CRM integrations, performance dashboards, onboarding workflows, and AI-driven insights. Mentor junior product managers, advocate for best practices in agile methodologies, and present product updates to executives and stakeholders. Ensure products align with Yelp's overall business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and seamless user experiences. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS platforms, ideally in sales or customer success domains. Proven track record of launching successful products that drive measurable business outcomes. Strong understanding of sales and customer success processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools. Skills Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence without authority across diverse teams. Proficiency in product management tools like Jira, Aha!, Figma, and SQL for data analysis. Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, user research techniques, and A/B testing. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver results in a high-growth tech environment.
