In this full-time position, you will be the frontline ambassador for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving shipment issues, and providing top-tier support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities You will manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, addressing questions about shipment status, rates, documentation, and delivery timelines. Resolving complaints efficiently by investigating issues, coordinating with internal teams like operations and sales, and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences is central to the role. Preparing and processing customer documentation, such as bills of lading and customs forms, while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system will be daily tasks. You will also generate reports on customer feedback and service metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
