This role is responsible for developing comprehensive paid media strategies that maximize client ROI across search, social, display, and programmatic channels. You will oversee campaign planning, budgeting, optimization, and performance reporting while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. The position requires deep expertise in major advertising platforms and a data-driven approach to campaign management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing paid media strategies that align with client objectives, managing day-to-day campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms, conducting thorough keyword research and audience segmentation, and continuously optimizing campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis. The strategist will also create detailed performance reports, manage advertising budgets efficiently, and stay current with industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field along with at least three years of experience managing paid media campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics is required, as is a strong understanding of attribution modeling and conversion tracking. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are essential for success in this role. Key skills include advanced knowledge of bid management strategies, audience targeting techniques, creative testing methodologies, and budget allocation across multiple channels. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong project management abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track record of improving campaign performance metrics. Experience with marketing automation tools and familiarity with e-commerce advertising is highly desirable.
