Key Responsibilities

Create high-impact marketing collateral such as whitepapers, case studies, datasheets, and website content to support sales enablement. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, refine product positioning, and inform pricing strategies. Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs. Lead demand generation campaigns across digital channels, email, webinars, and events to generate qualified leads and nurture prospects through the funnel. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Marketo, optimizing for ROI and key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates. Present insights and recommendations to leadership, influencing product roadmaps and strategic decisions. Stay ahead of industry trends in workforce technology to ensure marketing remains innovative and relevant.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or workforce solutions. Proven track record of successful product launches and campaign management with measurable impact on revenue or leads.
Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and persuasive messaging. Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). Creative thinker with experience in content creation, SEO/SEM, and A/B testing. Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, buyer personas, and customer journey mapping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Slack or Asana.
