We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will handle customer communications through multiple channels including email, chat, and phone support. The ideal candidate will possess previous customer service experience in a remote or digital environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. You should demonstrate proficiency with customer relationship management software, help desk ticketing systems, and common business applications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in e-commerce or technology support is considered an advantage.
