In this full-time role, you'll focus on acquiring and expanding business with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs) by delivering innovative wireless solutions, 5G connectivity, and tailored telecom services. Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads within the SMB sector using cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach strategies. Conduct consultative sales presentations, demonstrating how T-Mobile's products like business internet, mobile plans, and IoT solutions meet client needs. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Manage a pipeline of opportunities through our CRM system, providing regular updates to leadership. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and upselling opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and T-Mobile's evolving product portfolio to position us as the top choice for SMBs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of 2-3 years in B2B sales, ideally in telecommunications, technology, or SMB-focused industries. Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets in a quota-driven role. Oklahoma City residency or willingness to work locally required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential for field activities. Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage C-level executives and decision-makers. Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a hunter mentality. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics platforms. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
