Job Overview: Disabled Veteran Solutions is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Remote Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Georgia, supporting our mission to deliver outstanding customer service to veterans and their families. As a key member of our customer support team, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels in a supportive, veteran-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media, utilizing bilingual skills in English and Spanish to serve a diverse clientele. Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and follow-up on open tickets. Provide personalized support, upsell services when appropriate, and gather feedback to improve service quality. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related field preferred. Proven experience in customer service, call center, or support roles, ideally in a remote setting. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency with customer service software, CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce, and Microsoft Office suite. Strong typing skills with at least 40 WPM accuracy. Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in two languages. Active listening and empathy to de-escalate challenging situations. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Technical aptitude for navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
