Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in defense or government contracting. U.S. citizenship required due to security clearance needs; active Secret clearance is a plus. Proficiency in obtaining and maintaining DoD security clearances. Skills Strong programming skills in languages like C++, Java, Python, or C#. Experience with software development tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker. Knowledge of real-time systems, embedded software, and agile development practices. Familiarity with defense standards like DO-178C or MIL-STD-498. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder interactions.
