Join AgHires as an Independent Ag Seed Sales Representative and take ownership of your success in the dynamic agricultural marketplace. This full-time role offers the freedom to manage your own flexible territory while representing premium seed products to growers throughout Kansas. You will serve as a trusted advisor to farmers, helping them select the right seed varieties to maximize yields and profitability on their operations.
Your primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new customer accounts while nurturing existing relationships through regular field visits and consultations. You will conduct on-farm product demonstrations, provide technical guidance on seed selection, and deliver ongoing agronomic support throughout the growing season. Daily activities involve territory mapping, customer meetings, product education, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and market intelligence.
