JBG SMITH is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team at F1rst Residences in Washington, DC. In this full-time role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, providing outstanding service and support while fostering a welcoming community environment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a wide range of resident inquiries, requests, and concerns through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities include processing maintenance requests, coordinating with property management and vendors, maintaining accurate resident records, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. You will also assist with move-ins and move-outs, conduct follow-up communications, and contribute to resident satisfaction initiatives that enhance the overall living experience at F1rst Residences.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
