Key Responsibilities You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, conducting onboarding sessions to familiarize clients with Jobgether's features and tools. Proactively monitor customer health metrics, identify potential risks, and implement retention strategies to boost engagement and long-term success. Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues swiftly, upsell relevant services, and gather feedback to inform product improvements. Create customized success plans, deliver regular performance reports, and host webinars or training sessions to empower customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to high customer satisfaction scores, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS support. Proven track record in a customer-facing role, ideally within tech or HR tech industries. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and metrics like NPS, churn rate, and expansion revenue. Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to build lasting relationships. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel. Ability to analyze data, solve problems creatively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote setting. Empathy, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset are essential. Technical aptitude with SaaS platforms and familiarity with job market trends is a plus.
