Integrate automation tools with CRM systems such as Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales teams to launch integrated campaigns across email, social media, web, and SMS channels. Lead the optimization of automation processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative solutions. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the strategic planning of marketing technology roadmaps. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing automation, with proven expertise in at least one major platform. Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and funnel optimization is essential.
