Job Overview: Marmon/Keystone LLC is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Illinois. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service through proactive engagement and strategic account management in a collaborative, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through consistent communication. Identify new business opportunities and upsell products by analyzing customer needs and market trends. Process orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and quotes. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals through strategic account planning and negotiation. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building lasting customer relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment. Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
