The Senior Director, Healthcare Provider Industry GTM Lead at ServiceNow is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company's strategic approach to the healthcare provider market. This position drives revenue by positioning ServiceNow's digital workflow platform as a critical enabler for hospitals, health systems, and medical groups seeking operational excellence and improved patient outcomes. The role requires deep industry expertise combined with strong commercial acumen to translate ServiceNow's technology capabilities into compelling value propositions for C-level healthcare executives. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to the healthcare provider vertical, leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure coordinated market execution. The Senior Director will build and maintain strategic relationships with key healthcare accounts, industry analysts, and partners while identifying emerging market trends and competitive dynamics that inform product roadmap and positioning decisions. Additional duties encompass defining industry-specific use cases, creating sales enablement content, and mentoring account teams on healthcare buyer personas and buying cycles. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field with ten or more years of enterprise software sales or go-to-market experience.
