As the Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy & Analytics at Box, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing direction through data-driven insights and strategic planning. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and business intelligence in a fast-paced cloud content management environment. You will lead efforts to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across multiple channels while developing comprehensive strategies that align with Box's growth objectives.
In this role, you will design and implement marketing analytics frameworks that provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and resource allocation. You will collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to develop integrated go-to-market strategies based on customer data and market trends. Your responsibilities include building dashboards and reporting systems that track key performance indicators, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying new market opportunities through advanced segmentation and attribution modeling.
You will also manage relationships with analytics vendors and technology partners while mentoring a team of analysts and strategists. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing analytics, proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms, and a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through strategic marketing initiatives.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy and analytics. Experience with marketing attribution, customer lifetime value modeling, and A/B testing methodologies is essential.
